7 continents travel should not be allowed operating; they are so unprofessional and sell you flights and service that do not exist. On the 20th a April 2010 i purchase a flight ticket with them fully paid and confirm by an agent named Harry. I was emailed details of the flight. A month before my holiday I decided to check the flights in order to prepare for my trip. I was gobsmacked to find out that the flight was not operational and nobody informed me. I contacted 7 Continents Travel, spoke to Harry Nelson, Harroon, Victor, they pretended not to be aware of the situation. It took me a cumulative of 5 hours before they agree to make a different arrangement to replace my booking. I thought the situation was then resolved...Oh nooo It wasn't. One day later I got a call from Victor asking to pay an additional £50 or my booking will be cancelled and I will only be reimbursed less than half of my initial payment which is contrary to they own regulation Condition A section 4. It was appalling...I wrote to Harry and the complaints team, Rashid@7-continentstravel.co.uk. I got no reply. I keep phoning without satisfaction. 5 day before my holiday, the case has still not been dealt with yet and I have no confirmation of my flight. I strongly advise you to avoid 7 Travel Continents if you can. My rating: Very bad service, con and unprofessional.

Do not book - they are not a usual travel agency and use all 3rd parties to book flights, hotels and transfers... Then it all goes wrong. The so called customer services department are ridicously stupid and have no idea how to deal with queries, then they get it wrong. I am not used to travel agents as usually booked myself and would have been better this time for sure. Please do not book with this travel company, just book all yourself direct.

This travel agent is scam. He has run off with my money I have reported him to the Police which they are looking into it.

I booked a holiday on the 26th Feb 2010 to fly out the 16th April 2010, then the volcano erupted. Tried to call Airbourn Direct as the holiday was cancelled but all i got was a message stating to call back at a later date. I spoke to Danielle at Airborn on 22/4 to obtain a refund, she apparently processed the refund for the flight on the Ryan Air web site while i was on the phone and stated that i might not be able to obtain a refund for the accomodation but she would call back that day once she had found out, guess what this didn't happen!!!!! I done a bit of searching around and found that the hotel company WERE offering a refund and would endeavour waiver the cancellation charges. I called back on 30/4 after being in a que on the phone for 25 mins and spoke to Carly asking what was happening with the refund and if i was recieving a refund for the accomodation, she proceded in stating she is not sure so i quoted the notice on the hotel company web site, she then said she would call them to find out but couldn't call them that day as there were closed at the time i called (this was 16:30) (I was on the web site and found that they did not close until 18:00) I advised Carly of this her response was "well i go home at 5pm"!!! and she would call me back by Tuesday. This still has not happened and i am still trying to contact them. 4/5 over 1hour 47 mins holding on the phone 5/5 so far 1hour 6 mins holding on the phone and still no answer.......... ........The phone call ended up being over 2 and a half hours. Finally got through to Carly again and she did not appologise for not returning my call, all she said is there was no point calling me as she had not recieved any correspondence from the hotel company and she could not advise me any further. Customer service 0/10 Customer relations 0/10 Response time 0/10 Very poor company DO NOT BOOK WITH AIRBORN!!!!!!!

I used this service via Parking4less and my flights were cancelled because of the Volcanic dust. I expected to pay for a day or have a weeks credit but no! They've charged me for the lot. I'd say dont use these services and pay when you get back that way you cant be overcharged.
